perfect. that is something that i am doing as well. im glad that im not the only one trying this. how do you differentiate what to use when? for me it mostly comes down to the country. like for US CA UK etc, i use more automatic bidding while for the Asian countries I prefer manual.

Yeah that sounds about right. As far as I can see in the industry almost every RSOC operator is slowing down operations on facebook mobile. Except system1 apparently. They are driving high numbers. Not really sure how they are doing it or maybe they are just flooding the feed with traffic...
