You should use same country as acc that you bought, and also use mobile proxies.

The best to run is real mobile devices, if you can clear cache and make them look unique every time you login depending on quantity of accs. But the most important thing is to use clean IP addresses that don't get detected by Instagram. Any acc older than 1 month is safe.

Mobile 4G/5G proxies are your best option, highest trust and least likely to get flagged. I have some clients using it for bet365

Start with rotating residential to test, but don’t expect them to last long at scale, if it works, move to dedicated 4G/5G since that’s what actually holds up for Google.
