A network will never pay you for fake leads. Networks and most affiliate programs scrub leads as well as have paid conversion rations that need to be met. The conversion ratio issue alone kills your ability to spoof leads.

I have found most of what is listed on Flippa are scams these days. All fake traffic, fake claims. Not a good place to buy .
