What is the error you get when you try to import? What was the file extension before you changed it?

It depends on the blog. Blog post links on high authority blogs without a lot of outbound links are awesome. In my experience blog post links are better than blogroll/footer/sidebar links. Why would it be unethical?

I have a couple hyphenated domains, one of them outranks the non-hyphenated domain of the same name. If you have good SEO there is not much difference IMO.

If you want it done for you, why not just hire a cheapo freelancer to do it? You could also look for a template for Photoshop where you can just open it and change the text... if all you need is a button there's plenty of those around.

Nothing beats Photoshop, except Illustrator for certain things like vectors :)
