Hey, Yes I have experienced the end of results penalty many times. Except for what I call the "sandbox phase", this is due to duplicate content inside your website. Like if you search for "blue widget", you may find results about another pages of your website, but which contain some content...

I think "click here" is perceived by the Google algorithm as an affiliate link, and Google doesn't like that. If it automatically add a penalty to the site, I don't know but.. anything is possible with the big G
