I Agree with @DunDidlt2x, unsolicited mails is not illegal when you follow some professional ethics. Provide some sort of disclaimer and way to opt out from such services and secondly you can send mails without being detected if you use the right tools (combining certain tools and configurations)

to avoid some troubles go to https://bpserv.host, advise always separate your domain registrar from Hosting. Most times your host is always the suspect, for domain names use https://monovm.com, then configure then point to cloudflare Name servers (DNS).
