No. I'm talking about business operations verification in Google Ads account. And I need to verify this account using company Y. But MCC where this account belongs and what credit line it uses belongs to Company X. Did the problem become clearer or I fail with the problem description?:)

it depends. In some cases, accounts are born without any limits, in others you have to spend 10$ a day for 2-3 weeks. If Google ads isn't recommend you to increase the budget - do not do that.

I'm using target CPA strategy only. It helps to get conversions with target CAC and avoid the massive amounts of fraud somehow.

Sure it depends on geo. In some geos such kwds cost 150$ per click. So be sure you need such a kwd in your account
