It depends. Adsense have different reasons for approving or rejecting a site. My own case was - value inventory: not enough content. I kept on adding more contents and reapplying till my contents got to 70 then I was approved, someone here too suggested that and that's exactly what I did. Mind...

Add more articles to your site. Get it to 70 articles and then reapply. I wasn't approved till I had up to 70 articles on my site, that was few months ago. Try and see if it works for you. Make sure these pages (contact us, about us, privacy policy) are present on your site.
