What type of device and connection are you using? Can you write your device and connection information? VDS (Azure, Amazon), Proxy (Dedicated, Residental), Normal pc normal connection, etc. Surely the system is catching it from somewhere or it has blacklisted the bin codes of the cards you use.- dmrl
