1500 views in the first hour is good? so according to a new channel

I only upload 2-3 videos a day

Good day, I was out of the earthquake zone and I was unemployed. I want to do something about youtube. I opened a shorts channel and now I have 440 subscribers but less views(daily 5000 views ). What do you think I should do, Blackhat or Whitehat, it doesn't matter.

What I want to understand exactly is that short views increase according to the number of subscribers? Because after a while youtube restricts the views.
