I'm experiencing this same issue. Spent 500 warming up but still only 1 ad account available and unable to share a pixel to it. Did you manage to figure out how to get it to work?

Hi i'm in need of a new aged Australian Facebook account for advertising purposes. I've previously tried creating a new BM on a new profile (8 months old) but was unsuccessful. Would I need to run a proxy to get these accounts to work?
