Most of the tools do offer CSV (Excel) downloads. Off the top of my head, the ones that I positively know offer downloads included: * SpyFu * WordTracker * iSpionage :)- Katie Scott

I just cancelled my SpyFu account. iSpionage spits out all destination-URL's used in adwords, yahoo & adcenter.- Katie Scott
