No nothing just tried logging in one day and it was back to normal

UPDATE! I was finally able to log in normally one day and since then it’s been working fine. No email or word from Instagram on what happened and I never reached out to them. Guess it was just a bug. Check and see if you can log in after a couple weeks go by. Don’t lose hope!
