you don't seem to understand it. you can have your main server at avoro.eu, kernelhost.com or hetzner. in between you connect a small vps as a proxy so that no abuse gets to the main server. this way you have cheap and stable hosting. the vps proxy is also quickly replaced.

i did the same thing and got a warning for it ;). I can recommend hetzner, avoro.eu and kernelhost.com. if dmca messages come in then you should put a vps as a reserver proxy in front of it.
