As Griffin mentioned above... I think you should try Alertpay maybe. I personally wouldn't recommend paypal for collecting membership fees anyway, been there done that, burned myself. Paypal is always on the buyers side and ppl know this very well. Paypal is only a real option when selling...- justakid
