got reply from the owner James and in my opinion he keeps his promises. It just toke a while. But still I will be using his services again. There has been some huge views updates with youtube and things are still being sorted out. I guess that is why things are slow.

Placed some orders....got some views that did not help me in any way....tried to contact the owner of retentionpanel regarding a new order where I have not received a single view...... no response..... might ask for money back through paypal.
