You say it'll work with FB ads, Stripe, etc. but does that include PayPal? Need a VCC to add to a PayPal account since some sites make you "subscribe" which doesn't let you checkout without a card added.

For good streaming it's best to have the content be streamed from a place closest to you or your viewerbase so everyone has low ping. This gives you a better connection speed so your device can start to download instantly and also decreases the chances of it buffering and stuttering.

It may temporarily stop content ID but it won't stop the copyright owners from claiming it. They have access into YouTube's backend to search their own content and remove it even if it's private.
