Yeah it would be nice to get my back surgery an just live a normal life again

I'm a noon and I'm 24 and need 150k surgery on my back an can't get it. I've been looking in the depths. Can't find though. For the people who think this is fake are you that nieve that you think something like that can't be done on the web. Yup your right ;)p
