Don't upload for a few days after you create an account. Just acting like a regular user on TikTok. Scrolls videos, after a day or two like some videos drop a comment, save some videos. After a few days, you can upload videos but don't do too many, only one or two per day. This is my experience...

I have the same problem and it is totally random. Some videos get a bunch of views and others stuck on a maximum of 100-150 views. I use an Android & SIM card without a proxy or VPN.

It is not fine. You should have at least 500 views and then depend on interactions with viewers (comments, shares, watch time) you can have even more views.
