Okay so im a newbie to all of this. I see on ebay that people are selling 10k followers for around £12.00 I want to know how they do this? I know they are inactive accounts and bots etc. Do they have some sort of software or something? Could anyone lead me in the right direction? Cheers...

Agreed, changing to a girl niche is not a great idea if 85% of your audience is male, just keep posting and engage abit more see if you can boost the numbers? Perhaps advertise that you will shout out someone if they follow / like a certain pic? Just a thought :)
