Actually Content ID check for music is not that awesome as everyone praises it to be. As to your question, how do you know that you are being picked up by Audio copyright? if the youtube Content ID finds the content it does not really specify as to which part of the content, right?

Of course you can, some TopX (i.e. those who do TOP 10 something) channels do it all the time. Put up pictures and make commentary over them. Plus what the others above say.

Hey mate, sorry to hear about this. YT's been banning channels for a few months now, no matter the language and it's always the same reason, i.e. violating TOS. Russian channels on the other hand all get the same message, that they are banned for Scam and Misinformation (something like that)...

If your videos are watched by kids then use the power of playlisting to direct their traffic to your older videos. Socialmediapro is also right about YT shifting video positions, but they always perform it on different and random channels, so it's hard to say whether you've been hit by the YT's...
