Sorry but the bots handle facebook support, not live humans anymore. There's no way to get it back.

It's election time so maybe they're doing it on purpose. Not saying your group is political, but fb has been very paranoid, wacky, and abandoned to bots.

This is a shame. I've been reporting obvious fake accounts for months. Accounts that actually scam and harass people. There's a damn cult group on Facebook and the leader uses several fake accounts and she has a fake name herself. It's not right that her profiles are still up but you all have...

They have bots that handle that stuff and they use the pandemic as an excuse when it's cheaper for them to have people work at home. Good luck getting anything deleted or reinstated.

Then it's not really fake under their standards. I've been reporting some obvious fake accounts using fake names and pictures without any luck of getting them banned. They are active accounts and registered to phone numbers.
