1. No 2. Yes 3. Yes 4. While logged in, a few days after. 5. No, same private proxy every time. Facebook has trained an AI to scan through users photo's and flag the ones that are similar to another users photos. I can't really get into the details, but I'm 99% sure this is the case.

Can confirm I'm having this problem as well. Bought 5 PVA'd Facebook which worked fine for over a month, but over the past week or so they've all been banned. They're basically clamping down on everyone. If anyone has a suggestion as to how to bypass this block, it would be much appreciated.
