When I first setup hostinger, I mistakenly created a free subdomain instead of a free domain. Had to make a new account. Will post back with update later today.

Ya, I think even though I selected subdomain and got a prefix (example.domain.com), when i check my subdomains, there are none. When I tried to create one I ran into the " Please upgrade your hosting plan to create subdomain on free subdomain." error. What's the workaround?

Went to hostinger and set up a subdomain. Went to cname and put my host. Adfly saying "Domain points to an incorrect IP address - Please allow for up to 48 hours after you have updated the CNAME record." Do I really have to wait 48 hours or did i set something up wrong?

freenom is asking for two nameservers. I registered with hostiner.in. What do I put for the nameservers?
