Yeah... don't use cheap hosts! Use good ones and then you can use dedicated Ips over them.

Try Domainlord I have beta tested Domainlord and it works pretty well. I guess they have some nice discounts available on BHW as well.

Proxy alone isn't the deciding factor... There are much more to it... But if you are anyway spamming with those accounts it's better to keep as less account per proxy as possible.
