look at the picture, this guy is growing really fast and getting tons of views. He's at 40k subs at the moment and I've noticed this crazy amount of referrers on alot of his vids on initial uploads and then a day or two later they drop down to like 200. Can someone please tell me about this tactic?

I've been watching another youtuber closely, everytime he uploads, he has almost 1000 referrers and the very next day the referrer count is at like 10 or less. He's growing very fast and getting tons of views, I would like to pay someone to teach me this or provide this service for me. PM me...
