I recently changed my index.php file to index2.php and put a redirect html on to index.php to stop a http flood attack. I have very high rankings on my site and want to know if I keep it like that for a while will my seo be affected a lot?

So over the past few days I have lost over 5 #1 spots and my SEO has been going down. I think my competitor is after me. Can anyone help me out? I am trying the best I can to get it back up.
