Clickbank suspended my acc and I register a new acc with new mail adress..after 1 day - suspended...whyyy?

Hey everybody, I have a question about CB. This is my Dashboard see, 0$, and in the paycheck there is 4 sales, one of them only shows in the dashboard once, others is in the paycheck. Any idea why this is like this?
