I am starting to get my first clients that are basically small business and want me to attempt to run some PPC campaigns for them. I was wondering what other experienced PPC managers recommend for making sure the customer gets outstanding service and is really pleased in general.

Haven't seen a similar thread on here as most are usually in the extreme's of advanced or beginner. I'll just start off by saying most guys I have met that are doing well in ppc, keep their secrets close to them. Which I totally respect and understand after 4 months of doing it religiously...
