So I am seeing on my very comp niche "98" there is videos from people with 24 subs uploaded 2 weeks ago with 4k views that are ranking top 10. They just started in the last few days, anyone else see this?

I was wondering how to get google +1s? My video has no comments, and google plus page has no plus ones. How do you get plus ones without those two?

I have a couple people that sell views but they take too long to start, does anyone offer views that start with in the hour? That are actual good views?

So I have been ranking my videos with views after 301 when down a while ago, tags, title, ect. But for some reason all of the sudden the last week or so non of my videos have been ranking at all. I have never had a problem ranking videos! Anyone have any info?
