Hey BHW! I'm really new at SEOing my websites and I need some help. I have a domain that includes my target keyword, how do I get it to the first page of Google? I know nobody here is going to hold my hand and help me step by step but I'm just looking for some tips on where to start.

I've been temp banned from a website and no matter how hard I try, I can't get around it! I've tried ccleaner + proxies, I've even checked and cleared the "cookies" the get store via flash. No dice. Am I using bad proxies or is something else going on here? Open to any suggestions!
