What are safe settings for fresh Twitter accounts in followliker ? And what are daily and hourly limits for fresh accounts on Twitter ? (also I am looking to purchase 25-30 (preferably aged) Twitter accounts. If someone could sell me some or recomend a seller I would be appreciative) :)

I am using 3 accounts per proxy and I they are all fresh accounts. Since they are fresh I am unsure of the settings that would be safe to use with them. Thank you in advance for those that reply :)
