I am currently unfollowing and whenever it tries to, the error "Failed unfollow the remote server returned an error: (429) UNKNOWN STATUS CODE Any ides how to fix it?

Whenever I try to log in with any third party instagram apps, a forbidden error pops up. I usually have to put in a captcha on the actual instagram app when this happens, but it's not popping up no matter what I do. I tried reseting my password, deleting the app and reinstalling it, logged in...
