I'm assuming a few of you have hit the DAILY 1,000 'follow limit' in pursuit of growing your audience. So am wondering when that daily limit resets? For a while, I thought it was midnight in Los Angeles time, which would make sense since Twitter is based there. But now, not sure. Any idea?
