As in the title, how those websites works? (ahrefs, keywordtool, keyword finder) Do they take data from google keyword planner?

There is a website, which is recently created. I have added the property in GSC and submitted the sitemap. Problem was sitemap had sitemap for tags also.. now all the tags are indexed because of that posts are not indexed.. all posts are in crawled but not indexed state. How can i resolve this
