Instagram is suggesting to Report and Block Spam accounts to users! if i check my accounts from other legit accounts, many of them shows this message on the top of the profile. Anyone else?

Does anyone know how to check if a proxy is specifically blacklisted by Instagram? Would be very useful if we can check our proxies before create accounts,link and run our accounts on them, because if they are blacklisted our accounts will be banned.
