I'm selling on eBay and I have a question about PayPal. When I sold some items on a PayPal that wasn't verified, it was limited after I received over $500. If I get a VBA and verify my PayPal, will it still get limited at the same amount, or would I be able to have more? Please let me know!!

Other than a private proxy that costs $2, is there anything else that would work with eBay? I need something that will not ban the account when I make it on the IP address. I also need multiple IP's to use monthly. I need at least 45 different IP's. More is better. Thank you very much people...
