Hay i live in south africa and i would like to know what are some good sites that pays you for every person that signs up, preferebly adult sites that works outside america:)

When I post an ad with a short url it says that they don?t accept short urls in the add, does anyone know how I can hide these short urls and redirect the traffic to the affiliate link? I once read that you can use a free domain but I couldn?t find anything useful please help
