Can I hyperlink multiple pictures in one post on tumblr? I think I would need to have some type of custom HTML, because I don't know how to do it. Can I put a clickable url on tumblr description box? I can't figure out how to hyperlink my URL in there... Any help would be great.

Looking for a bot that supports Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Pinterest, Instagram, Vine, etc... Is there anything like that out there? Or would I have to get different ones for each?
