Why do i get unknown error when trying to upload videos on yt? These are freshly made videos. I bought the accounts. And every video i upload has this error The upload failed due to an unknown error.

Yt isnt letting me make annotations. it says something is wrong w/ the server. is this problem only effecting me or others to? is the server actually wacked right now"? says 'unable to reach server'
