Does anyone knows whats going on, site not working

Got file hosted on Mediafire, and locked with survey, in my stats there are only few leads, and in Mediafire stats file is downloaded over 20 times. Is there any logical explanation for this, or way to bypass survey to get the download link?

Do anyone knows good network which offer a payments via sms, it looks to me that users would rather unlock content with some low cost sms, than to go over surveys, maybe I'm wrong, but would like to try out. Any advices or experience with similar method? Thanks
