[paypal] Filling chargeback/claim help needed.
Recently i purchased "ghost" paypal account from someone but they ripped me off and did not send it to me. Now i want to file a claim on that payment (paid thru PayPal of course). Can anyone help me with filling claim correctly to increase my chances of getting money back?
