How People are running google search ads for LP/website they don't have access to it and doing cloaking or something else.
Today, I came across a search ad with a display URL that appeared to be from a legitimate website. However, when I clicked on it, it redirected me to a different site, possibly a phishing website. Does anyone know how this is possible without access of legit website to do cloaking and how it works?- stephen1701

I want to redirect user to different different landing page based on some criteria like device windows, mac, Android, Ios, and country.
