do platforms like insta/tiktok/youtube register views from a mobile proxy where there is no account signed in to that platform? yet to test this myself, waiting on mobile proxy provider. but i'd think it might be a no. thoughts?

created accounts through google sign up on residental proxies, and it's clear they're shadowbanned. created on web device. acc created on web device w/ local ip isn't. thinking its sign up method and if not, fingerprint. here's where i have uncertainty - the accounts seem to be shadowbanned...
