So I have AIOSEO on my Wordpress Blog and I have a score of 76/100. Is AIOSEO scoring mean anything? If it is, is my score good enough? I also have no focus keyphrase according to AIOSEO. Should I repeat the keywords more?

I just started blogging a few days ago. Posted 5 posts on the first day to have some actual content. Posted 1 more 2 days ago. I heard I need to not pump posts too quickly. How often should I post for best results?
