Before, there was an option on Google to define whether the conversion action would be at the account or campaign level. However, I no longer see this option. What can it be? Update?

I'm advertising on google ads, I was wondering if there is any way to see my ad without causing impressions on it, as this would affect the quality index. I appreciate if you know anything about this, thanks.
