As many here know, my AdSense was banned from YouTube. Can I use this same AdSense to monetize websites and blogs or is it Blacklisted everywhere? Can you guys recommend my new AdSense? (I made a new one with an anti-detection Browser).

Imagine the followuing situation i had a deleted YT account/E-Mail. So i can delete the adsense account and open a new adsense account with same adress/same ID? Can i enter all the information of the old adsense account in your new adsense account for a new montetized channel?

My account was banned from YouTube, including the entire channel and all linked channels. My questions are: 1) Does Google ban by IP? 2) Does Google mark the MAC address? 3) Could I use the same AdSense or will it not be accepted in a new account? Do I have to create a new AdSense?
