Hi, could anyone tell me the rules around advertising a casino affiliate site on Bing Ads. Their own documentation is unclear and seems to only apply to operators rather than aggregators. Is it just not necessary to apply for approval as an affiliate?

Noticed recently that when my ads don't show as limited for online gambling they typically perform better, but this happens very rarely and I can't seem to pinpoint what causes the ads to not get flagged. Does anyone have any tips on bypassing this limited status in the gambling niche?
