Whats the fastest way to examine a site and see if the links within the site offer do follow?

Can anyone suggest a good backlink management tool that offers a lot of details on the links? I would like one that also displays if a link is "do follow" Suggestions would be great and i would greatly appreciate any! Thanks in advance!
