    Technically, you can only get caught if YouTube manually reviews your channel.

    Think about this, you're accepted into YPP but want to do some shady shit like use copyrighted content. You know YouTube will terminate you if they find out but how often do they check? Every 3 months? 6 months? What alerts them that to the fact you're violating the terms of service exactly?

    I've seen plenty of channels upload full movies and make money from the ads but I thought this violated the YPP policy regarding reused content? Do corporations have a special deal with YouTube?

    For those of you in YPP, what are your methods of avoiding detection but still monetizing your copyrighted content? Aren't you paranoid that you could wake up one day to find your channel has been kicked from the program? How do you fly under the radar whilst making easy content?

    How often are monetized channels re-reviewed?

    If you have a monetized channel, how long can you upload reused content before you are detected by the YouTube reviewers? I know they claim to check in periodically but I've seen many channels uploading nothing but copyrighted works for over a year and they are still able to run ads on their videos.
